What to do??
Alter your ingredients, by making healthy substitutions. Exchange sour cream for greek yogurt, unsweetened organic applesauce for fats in most sweet baked goods, almond flour/brown rice flour for wheat flour. Once you know what's healthy for you and your family, the options are many...and your family need never know about the changes. Go ahead and ask me what substitutions work for what ingredients...Grandma won't mind...she wants you to be healthy!!! :)
