People jump from one fad diet to the next, hoping against hope that "this time", they'll get the answer as to how to lose weight and finally keep it off for good!!.............when that doesn't seem to work, 2 weeks later something NEW comes along claiming to be the elusive answer.
In my experience, I have found that not all programs work for all people. If they did, we'd all be at our perfect body weight and healthy. Do you see it working? It's not what I see. The women I work with are more confused, defeated and stressed than ever. They keep "eating the right foods and getting the wrong results", whether from a scale or a doctor's report. Why???
Well, a plan that works for someone else, might not be right for you. The "right foods" that work for your neighbor might not work for you! Yes, we all need macro/micro nutrients, but do we all need to get them from the same sources? While Vegan works for some, Paleo works for others... the key is to find out what's best for YOU!
